Sleepworld Manufacturing

Sleepworld, Tapestry’s specialist bedding manufacturer, has been building South African dreams since 2009. Based in Johannesburg, but with nationwide distribution, Sleepworld produces many of the most loved and trusted bedding brands, most notably the Forty Winks range of mattresses, sold exclusively through Dial•a•Bed. Over 140 employees run a highly efficient operation that ensures every product meets the Sleepworld promise – “where quality, durability and value meet comfort”. Quality control is managed to stringent SABS standards.

The sourcing of materials is mostly local. Care is taken to dispose of waste such as plastics, foams and wood with environmentally compliant legislation.
